Cultivate Hope creates designs and products which encourage, inspire and cultivate hope for individuals, church media, small business and charities.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact Forms & Order Request Information
Names, addresses, phone numbers and any given personal details or information as part of an enquiry or order request will be held until the enquiry has been closed or the order is completed.
Card payment details are not retained. Each new purchase requires re-entry of payment information.
How long we retain your data
Purchase Information
Order request information, including names, addresses and phone numbers will be retained until the order is fulfilled. It will then be deleted.
Third Party CRM Embeds
Customer details held via third party CRM embedded links such as MailChimp will be held on a subscription basis which you, the customer, can subscribe to or unsubscribe from at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription. Data such as email addresses will be retained for the duration of the subscription and used only for purposes related to that subscription such as updates, e-newsletter, offers.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
